How far in advance can I check what to wear?
The tool uses a 16-day forecast window. For dates beyond that (up to months ahead), it switches to climate averages from the last five years, which is reliable for planning trips and packing.
What should I wear in Marrakech in summer?
Daytime temperatures often exceed 35°C. Choose loose, light clothing such as a light djellaba or gandoura, a t-shirt, shorts or a dress, sandals, and sun protection: a cap, sunglasses and sunscreen are essential between 12:00 and 16:00.
Is there a dress code in Morocco?
No strict dress code, but modest clothing is appreciated, especially in medinas and rural areas. Locals commonly wear djellabas, and visitors can do the same. For mosques, cover shoulders and knees, and remove shoes at the entrance.
Can I get outfit recommendations for my children?
Yes. Select Boy or Girl in the 'Who is this for?' selector and the tool recommends kids' garments, including children's djellabas, gandouras and school wear, alongside unisex basics.
Which cities are covered?
All 78 Moroccan cities in our weather network are covered, from Casablanca and Marrakech to Ifrane, Dakhla and Figuig, each with its own forecast and climate profile.
Is the tool free?
Yes, completely free, with no registration, in Arabic, French and English. Forecasts come from Open-Meteo, an open weather data provider.
